Why didn't Beavis and Butt-Head try to score with Daria?

Daria is intelligent and not ugly she's a chick and they would try to score with her sister Quinn too, basically they missed that opportunity until Old Daria returnss to Highland for a high school reunion and they try to score with her then.

There was a strange relationship, almost familial with them. I don't think it's very sophisticated, but, uh, there was a strange level of respect towards eachother. I think of Daria as an outsider like Beavis and Butthead; she just manages it better.

Back in the 1990s there was some MTV awards show and B&B made a cameo appearance (I think they were interviewed by David Letterman but not 100% sure on that) and they were bragging about how much they'd been drinking. Beavis said that after all the alcohol they'd had "even Daria started to look good." So yeah, I think they just weren't attracted to her because she wasn't a typical "hot chick."
