Should I use Codefinity?

I want to learn how to python code but have no idea how it works so I want to get Codefinity but I'm not sure if the ultimate plan for Codefinity is reliable and worth my money because i have seen a couple people say its beginner friendly but not too challenging. Any tips??

Why pay if you can get a proper University first semester of "Introduction to Computer Science" course free? MOOC Python Programming 2025 from the University of Helsinki. Alternatively, Harvard's CS50p

Thank you :)

How did you go on the course?

I went onto the website and noticed that there is gradings and even exams, and I'm still in grade school so I do I take it or try Codefinity?

You don't need to take the official exam. Just do the course.
Sign up, log in, go to part 1 and start learning.

So I can take the courses whenever I want without being kicked out of my account?

Yes, absolutely.

I signed up for codefinity, and while it was ok, I was planning on checking out their gaming python course, which I didn't happen to see anything that mentioned that it was only available in their highest tier. I did take their courses for a little while, and if it was your only option, it would work, but there are much better options out there.
I am now running into the issue of trying to get a refund. I cancelled within the 1st month, and they are not sending me a refund. This is the most hassle I've ever had with an online course, and it feels like it is more bait and switch than anything. Chat bot customer service. Going to have to take legal actions to get anything it looks like.

Hi! I’m thinking of starting to learn Python and Codefinity is one of my options. I’ve got a couple of questions:
“There are much better options out there” Which ones?
Were you a beginner in programming when you started it?
Why did you decide to stop?
What is their method like? Games? Videos? Long PDF?
