MDM for iOS - Stop text message deletion.

I'm looking for recommendations on MDM for iOS specifically; we get involved in alot of lawsuits so I need to lock down users deleting their text messages (imessage and regular texts). Perhaps move the messages to a cloud server so I can search and extract data for the lawyers when asked would be great. Currently, I need to insatll iMazing on the users laptop / desktop for extraction and its pretty slow as it needs to do a complete backup. Any ideas for me?

iMessage is encrypted. If you are not forcing backups to a centralized server you control with any backup keys then there’s nothing you can do. Apple values privacy over corporate control. You should deploy Androids if you’re interested in intercepting text messages and archiving them for legal use.

Like they said, if you want something that does not care about privacy move to Android. I think you can disable iMessage through an MDM, but Apple is giving you no access to it. There is a product called smarsh that grabs SMS message through your carrier. I don’t think they will touch anything that is BYOD.
