I got really into gyoza when I found out they have like, 50kcal apiece. They're one of those things like shiritaki noodles that really feel like cheating, like surely this must have more calories, lol. The meat ones are also a surprisingly decent protein source. Three cheers for gyoza.

I'm a 31 year old man with 8 years of experience and I eat girl dinner far more than actual composed meal. I worked at a deli/cheese shop and the amount of times "dinner" was a charcuterie board with a pound of Capicolla, a quart of olives, a quarter pound of whatever cheese looked good, and a box of crackers is honestly insane.
