I love a nice cheese sandwich. Especially with what my kids call "ghetto cheese". Looks a bit dry imo, I'd add some mayo (bonus points if its a mayo packet you snagged from a convenience store) or a spicy fruit jelly. Yes, habanero peach jelly goes great with any cheese, from a nice stilton you bought at Fred Meyer for 8$ to a slice of processed cheese product.
