No opinion.. She lived in the UK so quietly you’d barely know she was here. Spent her money in the local economy , never bothered the NHS or dipped into social security... I don’t feel strongly about her either way, but honestly? On the basis of the aforementioned - she seemed the sort of model temporary resident most countries would welcome..

Apparently they only lived there a few weeks. Ellen said that they planned to split their time between the USA and Kitesbridge Farm but then they decided to live in the UK permanently and Portia couldn't live without her horses so they bought a modern house with stables somewhere else in Oxfordshire and put the farmhouse up for sale.
