You take one ticket at a time and go from there It doesn't matter if you have one ticket or one hundred, you take one at a time, address it, and go to the next one. You're one person. You can only do so much. You don't own the company. You do what you can do, and that's literally all you can do. If your boss or manager asks you about the ticket queue, advise them that there are too many tickets to address with the current amount of staff, and another technician will need to be hired if they want the queue to be reduced. If you look at a huge ticket queue and immediately begin to panic and feel stressed then you might not be in the right line of work, because that's not going away. You really need to change your mindset.
