Anyone know the fix for this

This is in a 2021 kenworth t680 on the underside of the brake and accelerator pedal ,everytime you step on the service brakes, air hisses out from this highlighted hose. We already changed most of the items recommended by bendix, we are in a standstill, any tips would be great

You'll have to change that whole manifold. I had that happen on a peterbilt. Happy fun.

Changed the firewall manifold but nothing changed, still leaking air when pressing the brakes, any tips?

Hmmm it could be the other one causing there is 2. Mine was just one. And have make lines go on way they were or it'll do that too..but the fitting your saying air comes out. Looks like a hose is missing.. what happens if you plug that hole? 🤔 so ill throw this out. I had similar problem with air back feeding through air control valves on brake application. Thinking it was yhe valves. Turned out was a brake pot was back feeding. Does it do it brakes release or when on?

We changed almost all of the bendix valves on the firewall, also changed the tractor protection valve (the red and yellow knob inside the truck) we removed the fitting and it was still leaking, only way how it wasn’t leaking was if we bent the lines, then everything started working. We took a look at other kenworths at our terminal and that highlighted part is an open hose end, it’s the weirdest thing. I’m wondering if there was a plug built into that hose

Holy through all that at it still leaks..im stumped..I mentioned that. Stick a hose in there and cap it. See what happens. You've tried everything else. Nothing to lose

Yeah lol even our bendix rep is stumped 🤷🏼♂️

Yeah even our foreman doesn’t know, I read a similar issue on truckers report but they never found the fix for it

What does kenworth say about it?

That’s what I kind of figured too, they call it the firewall manifold, it’s wierd because we never had that issue before lol, we only see the TP5, MV3, and the brake pedal valves go bad
