Entry level tanker jobs?

I'm looking to switch to tanker after doing 1yr with a mega carrier doing non-hazmat dry van. Only issue is I keep finding jobs that either want experience in tanker or 2 years of driving experience.
I've been looking at oil field related work since im home-based in west texas but most of those companies want drivers who can do manual transmission.
Sadly cdl school only had autos and I dont know any truckers who own their own truck let alone willing to teach me. Plus im fresh out of a mega carrier so im broke.
Any suggestions. I already tried KAG and indian river still waiting on a response. I tried western dairy but they declined.
Trying to avoid prime inc if I can help it. But might end up going there like I should've in the first place when I got my cdl.
I looked at Schneider but it looks like they aren't hiring in my area.
Appreciate your help drivers

There’s no shortage of dairy jobs in Cali and Wisconsin. Milk haulers always need someone

I’m entry level and live in Cali. Do you have any recommendations as far as decent companies out here to haul milk for?

You could try S.S. Skikos and run wine up and down I-5

Awesome recommendation, thanks man. They have pretty bad ass trucks.

Western Kansas, too.
There's a DFA in the meat patch.

Sadly based in texas. Doubt they will hire me.

Are you willing to move

Look at LGT Transport out of Omaha. Terminal in Baytown but runs all over Texas. It’s a cryogenic carrier and took me without any tanker experience.

Schneider trains on tanker.

Look at Oakley Transport in Lake Wales, FL. No tanker experience necessary and one year of experience needed when I hired on.
