Hi everyone, I’m currently planning to buy the Deepower QS7 e-bike?

I’m thinking of ordering from their official website. Do you think it’s safe? I live in Poland and they say they have a warehouse in Poland — will there be any taxes or extra fees? Is there anyone here who uses this bike? Are you satisfied with it? Thank you in advance for your answers.

I was riding an Engwe ep2 pro. The controller burnt out in it and I purchased the deeper s7 35ah about 3 weeks ago. I can tell you whatever you need to know. It’s a decent bike, and very heavy. My motor on it is also a 1500watt

Hi, is the bike still alive 6 months later ? Are you happy with it ?
Dizzy-Attempt-12@reddit
Yeah it’s running great. I had to buy some new tires, and new brake pads a few times, but other than that it runs great!

Thanks for your quick reply ! I know these chinese bikes are not well recommended on this sub, but I'm well tempted ... no regrets on your purchase ? What about the range at high speed ?
Thanks !
Dizzy-Attempt-12@reddit
Even at high speed I still get a good range. On its lowest setting the max speed is still 28mph. I know people give them a bad rep, but any bike is gonna have regular maintenance. I will always buy cheaper Chinese bikes.
Klimer-0@reddit
28 mph at lowest settings is crazy ! Do you know what range you can achieve ? I'll do around 28 miles daily, so I need good range and reliability ... Love to hear good feedbacks around chinese bikes ! I'm also looking at the Cyrusher Kommoda
Dizzy-Attempt-12@reddit
Honestly I cruise around 20-25 everywhere. And I ride about 12-15 miles a day for my commute. I could make that trip for two days without charging, and I’d only be down 1 bar. Since I upgraded my tires my range has decreased some, I’d say by about 5 miles or so. I only have the 35ah version though.
Klimer-0@reddit
That range is quiete impressive ! I might go for this one instead of the Kommoda ... Thanks for your feedback ! Appreciate it
Dizzy-Attempt-12@reddit
No problem. The stock tires wore out and blew a hole in one after about 1200 miles. I upgraded to the ultraverse tires on Amazon and they’re way more grippy and durable. You just lose a bit of top speed and range.
Klimer-0@reddit
Stock tires seems to be an issue on a lot of chinese bikes ... Cyrusher and Engwe also have these problems. I might change these as soon as I buy it. Did you consider any other brands before going for this one ?

I honestly was researching and watching prices for a month. I bought this one cause it had a rather large battery, it seemed to be a bit more sturdy, and I caught it on AliExpress for only 580 dollars.
Klimer-0@reddit
For that price, that's a great deal !! In my country (France), it cost around 1400 euros ...
Dizzy-Attempt-12@reddit
Yeah it’s usually about 850-900 for the 35ah here in America. I caught it during AliExpress’ anniversary sale or something like that at the beginning of November.
Klimer-0@reddit
Thanks for the tip, I might wait for 11.11 anniversary sales

This bike is very good when I first bought it and still has a good only problem, for some reason, the charge is over immediately, I have been using it for a week and mine is the only battery.

My son and I both have the QS7. So far we have enjoyed them. We have steep hills in the neighborhood, roads with wide shoulders and even take them on trails. It is fun to ride.

It's on sale from Amazon around $600. Been using it for a week. So far so good.

So if you want an opinion from an owner here you go 🙂. I am happy with mine. I purchased from ali and everything was smooth the seller responded to my questions before sale and after I had new front blinkers installed on my qs7 that was not in the description mine also came in MPH not KMPH. I have not been on any long rides but it seems to be a decent choice for the price. I was able to get mine for sale on 11.11 for $480 20mah variant hope this helps

u/Ok_Entrepreneur_1533 Eu to mesmo com essa dúvida. Eu queria comprar uma dessa também e o guiador mostra o dispositivo que tem as setas, mas nas fotos elas não aparecem. Está incluído na caixa ?
RichGuarantee7482@reddit
Which bike did you get?
Crazy-Illustrator890@reddit
avoid these pos bikes
Adventurous-Quote190@reddit
What about this makes you think it's remotely safe? Everything about this moto is a red flag.
Bikermec@reddit
How much does it cost to order it in Poland? Same bike on Ali express is under $600 delivered.
CertainAnxiety2375@reddit (OP)
Right now in their website 1020$
Bikermec@reddit
Do your local shops service these type of bikes or will you be doing it yourself?
CertainAnxiety2375@reddit (OP)
There is a Chinese mechanic in my city who knows electric bikes well, but he usually deals with engwe
Bikermec@reddit
If he is willing to service these, great. Otherwise I'd look into something that is easier to own longterm.
All our local shops don't service bikes without seat post since they can't lock it in a work stand.
CertainAnxiety2375@reddit (OP)
Yes, you are right, it is a bit risky, but I really don't know, I'm a little confused.

**Brought to you by the Deepower marketing team. I’m sure the polish website uses English and mph.
cyri-96@reddit
And aside from that, this bike should be for all intents an purposes considered as a moped and will require a license, license plate and insurance to drive on public roads
CertainAnxiety2375@reddit (OP)
Yes, you’re right, but right now I’m using an Engwe e-bike, and on paper it shows a 250W motor, but it’s probably 1000W or more, yet I haven’t noticed any problems
Here, 98% of the e-bikes on the street are over 250W.
cyri-96@reddit
Well it's 250W continuous, they are allowed to temporarily exceed that
CertainAnxiety2375@reddit (OP)
Don't be so skeptical dude. You can go and check the websites, they only have 3 language options
EVE_Burner_Account@reddit
Over 250 watts or 30 mph requires registration as a moped in Poland.
