Has anyone tried the ZOE health app?

I see this advertised everywhere. Has any of you tried the Zoe microbiome test and app? Did you find it useful?

I love the app!! It has been super helpful. I am on day 13 of logging, and it has already impacted my life greatly. Personally have no problems with it.

don't bother, the freely available podcasts with the scientists is as good as it gets, the blood sugar test is interesting but half the stuff that was meant to be part of the package didn't happen (the community leaders were absent, i didn't get the halfway mark re-test, it is a nightmare to get them to stop taking payments at the end of the 12 month period - don't do it). The system feels quite scammy tbh and the health stuff is repackaged commonsense

No not yet, i tried Healix AI and it made easier to connect training load with fatigue

It’s not worth the money, you can get a CGM for much cheaper and just do it yourself, that’s the most interesting part to be fair. The app itself is crap as well.

Thanks all for the feedback! I listen to their podcast and it’s pretty good, but sounds like the app/tests are not worth it.

I think for most people personalised nutrition advice is pointless. Just eating less sugar and more vegetables would cover it.

This. I feel like all these paid for nutrition services are a scam

Used to be good, was easy to log meals and build up a decent recipe database. In the last few months they’ve moved to a gamified app (think Duolingo for nutrition) and it’s dreadful. Read the latest reviews in the App Store to see just how annoyed people are with it now. There is also an endless shilling of the Zoe supplement, despite repeated messages from them of no need for supplements if your diet contains a good plant balance.

It isn’t like it used to be, with the blue cookie and the sensor. It is basically a gamified food logging app now. And not a good one.
I know this because I had to listen to a 1 hour vent about it from a friend in the pub last week.

It’s so expensive. The only thing that’s really scientifically proven is the eating 30 plants a week part, the rest is debatable. Also a large investor being the diary of a ceo crypto con artist gruel seller who got them done for false advertising it’s kinda hard to trust them.
I just count my plants in this cheap app:
