The Right Fit?

Hello everyone. I do not have an E-Bike and I don't know much about them which is why I am here. I have a few questions I would like to ask before diving down the rabbit hole. But I am thinking about getting an E-Bike to add to the activities my son and I do. We have started going camping and he really enjoys it, some of the campgrounds have bike trails where E-Bikes are permitted. My son is 7 but he is small for his age due to a medical condition, he is about the size of a 5 year old. He is also on the spectrum. Is there a type of setup that I could tow my son in a wagon of some sort? Or maybe a setup where we are on the same bike? Is there maybe a bike for him with some sort of training wheels? He does not know how to ride a bike, we have tried but due to low muscle tone he has issues. We wouldn't plan on any crazy trails just more of a joy ride in nature. Anyways, thanks for any help you guys may provide.

Well, a trailer is probably too small.
The thing where a big bike tows a smaller bike by removing the front wheel of the smaller bike would be an option.
It would also allow him to experience being on a bike while not having to balance it.

I didn't know that was a thing. I am very interested in that possibly.
