My brother just gave me this for my b day. Its the same one we got for Christmas in 85. Peak Nostalgia.

Lol. I asked for a Tony Hawk or Santa Cruz skateboard, and got the Nash board from K mart. I got a lot of shit from my friends. But they all took parts off their old boards and put together a "pro" board for me. If youre not familiar with skateboarding, my situation is the same as yours was. I felt selfish years later. But that was hard to swallow

About 10 years ago my sister gave me an Oscar the Grouch alarm clock. We shared a bedroom growing up so she heard that sound a LOT.

My sister passed away suddenly in 2019 and that is one of the items I would grab in a fire. I smile every time I look at it.

When I got this set for Christmas, the crane dude was missing the metal parts that swung out to be connected to the others ti make the big dude (I can’t remember the name). I was beyond inconsolable
