Do I need new oil or brake pads

I have been getting into this and have a cheap shop bike, It’s a Koomi M600 and my back brake has gone completely out and I feel ny front going out I’m wondering if I should just get new oil since that helped last time or if my brakes are shot and if I need new ones (Sorry for the improper spelling and grammar I’m kinda slow lowks)

If the hydraulic fluid is seeping out of the cylinders then it’s time to replace the disc brake assemblies entirely.
Mineral oil contamination on your brake pads will seriously reduce your ability to stop.
If these brake assemblies are still within the warranty period then I would contact the manufacturer or whoever you bought them from. If they aren’t under warranty it’s possible that a rebuild kit is available but honestly just replacing them is a much easier option.

New pads for sure. Those look really contaminated

There should be zero oil on your brake pads, like none. It’s pretty crucial to have your pads and rotors as clean and free from oil as possible. If you are getting oil on your brake pads, you probably have a leak that needs to be fixed.
