My Lectric XPress 750 arrived today and it was the easiest assembly I've ever had of any bike! I haven't had a chance to take it for a ride yet but hopefully I will soon.

The one thing I can't figure out is how to actually remove the battery. I'm able to get it to disengage but it won't come out fully, and all of the videos I can find are for Lectric's folding bicycles which use a completely different approach. Lectric's online manuals also only say how to install the battery, but not how to remove it, so far as I can find. Does anyone know what I might be missing?
