NECO MOTOR 750W 48V
PURCHASED THE BIKE FROM A PERSON WHO GAVE UP TRYING FOR A FIX
I CHECKED THE 3 PLANITARY GEARS, ALL IS WELL
WHEN THE MOTOR IS ALL PUT TOGETHER YOU CAN HEAR IT SPINNING BUT THE WHEEL DOESNT TURN
MOTOR WIRE ARE AS THEY SHOULD BE
CONTROLLER DOESNT SEEM TO HAVE ANY ISSUES OR DAMAGE
INSIDE THE MOTOR LOOKS FINE, I DONT SEE ANY DAMAGE OR SHORTS
AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO, WHEN THE TIRE IS LIFTED UP I GET SOME TIRE ROTATION BUT UNDER LOAD THERE'S NO BUDGING
(IM COMPITENT WITH THIS KIND OF STUFF THOUGH THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE)

Check the center drive gear and also make sure it's fixed to the shaft that turns it coming out of the motor itself, it might be loose causing it to slip

other than a gear puller, any tricks to seperating the motors case so i can dive deeper to see the full enchelada?
chuckwolf@reddit
the entire motor assembly should come right out of the outer housing

"all is well"? who said that..? some idiot im sure.. ill try soaking those plastic gears in some acetone for a few hours and see if that works gooder..

Geared hub motors have an internal freewheel ratchet-mechanism so the bike can be pedaled without having to fight the drag of the motor and planetary gears.
If the OP's motor is spinning and the planetary gears are not functional, the freewheel is at fault.

Check all wiring and Connectors. Try another controller as these generic ones sometimes simply stop working without warning.

what is it that's actually failing to put power into the wheel? it seems like something is slipping.
