I bought 3 kci 33 round stick mags a while back.

All 3 had the worst springs in em ftf city.

Replaced the springs with better ones and they work.

Wouldn't do again.

Nope, they are the furthest thing from reliable. The 2 i have wont cycle more than 2 or 3 times without a malfunction. Save your money and buy a magpul drum

I have one of these for silly time at the range. It's had a hiccup or two, but that's drum mags for you. Overall, I'd say it's been solid.

I read some reviews on a couple big retailers that sell them andI was surprised to see that they had pretty good reviews. I just bought 2 for fun but all my other mags are oem glocks, they are all you should run for reliability.

My fm9 won't even feed 33rd glock mags. Willing to bet this drum will have the same issue. 15 rounders go brrrr all day long though.

Hey thanks for the info. FWIW, I'm running OEM g17 mags w\Kriss extensions, and have never had an issue with my FM9. Granted, I've only put 2 full extended mags through it lol, I just got it.

My EP9 has no issues with OEM Glock mags, or Glock Pmags. It did not like ETS mags though. I have 1000s of rounds through my EP9.

Already left a comment but ill reply here too. I bought 2 of these last time they had them and these are the worst mags ive ever tried to use. Constant feeding problems, cant cycle more 2 rounds in a row without failure. One of these failed so badly that a round some how got behind the spring and i had to disassemble it to get it out

I believe they’ll be fine. I think the extars issue is the weight on the polymer magazine release.

I asked them about it. They said simply that no drums they'd tested had worked worth a crap. Had nothing to do with mag catch. Mentioned heavy bolt mass and type of mis-feeds with the drums would easily result in massive bullet set back into the case(over pressure). If said round was then chambered with a "yank back and try again" a kaboom was highly possible.
