Best aviation related gift for my dad

Hey everyone, I need some help choosing a proper birthday gift for my dad. His birthday is coming up, He’s an airline pilot and a complete aviation addict. the type who can identify an aircraft just from the sound. I don’t want to give him some generic model plane or a random pilot themed mug. I want something genuinely impressive, meaningful, or unique that a real pilot would appreciate. Budget isnt an issue; I just want something that stands out.
I’ve considered things like authentic aircraft parts (instruments, yoke, turbine blades), high-end metal scale models, aviation memorabilia, or even full motion simulator sessions. But I know many of you have seen much cooler aviation gear or collectibles than I ever have. So what’s the best, most interesting aviation-related gift you’d recommend for a pilot who loves airplanes more than anything?

If budget isn't an issue then i suggest buying him a Boeing 747.

A surplus Concorde would also make his day.

SR-71, why restrict yourself to civilian?

B-2 would be a fine choice.

An Air Combat/ Dogfight experience would be fun. That is on my bucket list. There are numerous companies that provide this experience.

There are some very nice pilots watches out there - I really love the Hamilton khaki aviation in blue - or if you’ve got a bigger budget the Sinn Aviation 556 is a very limited edition and beautiful watch

Flightwall or flightwall mini are pretty cool for an enthusiast

Offer him his choice of beverage and give him the entire can

Get him something related to his favorite aircraft such as an item or even ride in one.
Draw him into a conversation about aircraft and get him geeking about something that he specially loves or wish he had.
I love the A-6 Intruder so one of my favorite items is a near replica model of an A-6 and a flighr helmet worn by an A-6 B/N during missions over North Vietnam. I also love WW2 bombers so another favorite are named and patched flighr jackets (personal favorite is one I have named to a Ball Turret Gunner)

Maybe a “Remove before flight “ tape as well.

Try to get a planetag from a model or airline he worked in.
