Order modification is back online. I placed a new order that includes the two gifts with purchase (no sign of the playing cards, but oh, well), waited for the order confirmation, then cancelled the first order that did not include the extra freebies.

It turns out that the playing cards only come with certain themes. Star Trek does not qualify.

Anyone else only see the Shuttlecraft "freebee"? There should be two other ones (Castle and Hot Coco Stand) included for spending over $250. Those aren't showing on my confirmation.

i saw that too! i think i am going to email lego with my order number to see if they will honor it, they are a nice extra, but i am not about to cancel my current order just to try again and get those.

Order cancellations are back online. I ordered the D again with all freebies, then cancelled the initial order.

I emailed them, but I don't know if that will work. The order status page is messed up; you can't cancel an order right now anyway. The Enterprise is still available, so I'm tempted to cancel and reorder, but I can't cancel.

Mine just shows the shuttlecraft 🤷 No castle or cocoa stand. While im disappointed since youve said it, i wasnt expecting it so i guess oh well.

What I think occured is the Enterprise went on sale early, but the other two bonus items didn't "go live" until 12 EST. You probably placed your order before 12 EST right?
