My mom made a cake

It's made of buckwheat flour, eggs, cottage cheese and kefir. Nothing else. No sugar, no salt. Flavorwise it tastes EXACTLY like those fancy green HB Faber-Castell pencils. Texture wise it's alright, although the chunky cottage cheese bits remind me of lil eraser bits which enhances the graphite flavor somehow.
