Ah yeah, i didnt read it properly. Sterkowski Docker Cap on Amazon may be what you want. I Googled Docker cap with no strap and quite a few results showed up.

If it doesn’t have the adjustable strap, it most likely won’t fit your head as it would be one set size. That’s why all the ones you see have the adjustable strap.

Yeah best bet is online. I own a couple but they generally come with the adjustable strap or are woolen, so it's a bit hit and miss if you'd find "cotton docker cap with no adjustable strap" in the shops. Bit unclear why this thread is so bemused by docker caps.
