Storage and shelf life of oat fiber

Came in what looks like a paper type bag. I can't find anything definitive about shelf life.

About two years if stored properly.
I’d divide it up into 2 pound vacuum sealed bags with an oxygen absorber and silica pack in each bag. I’d use Mylar if you have the ability to vacuum seal Mylar, it’s tricky without a chamber sealer.
If you’ve got a freeze dryer you could make up meals or kits with it and freeze dry the meals.

What if kept in original bag? Can it last at least a year?

I wouldn’t. Those paper sacks aren’t intended for long term storage unless you’ve got perfect conditions.
