No. Most of these countries the people have lighter skin and etc and greece. I saw some research that shows that the italians, Portugal and spain have higher percent of blonde hair... Greeks tend to have dark features than them..

Modern nations are not product of isolated races. Even through history there was mixing between people from different tribes, regions, cultures, races, even though it was far more uncommon compared to today. So today you can find even native Norse people with dark or black hair, which doesn't make them less Scandinavian or less Nordic. By the way I've read about a study that a nation with highest percentage of blond people are the Poles, even though, I as well, expected some of the Scandinavian nations on the top.

Geographically Greeks are European as they get, considering the ancient Greeks coined the damn term.

However, imo it would be asinine to claim Greek are culturally or physiologically closer to for example Swedes or Brits then to the eastern Mediterranean, a region heavily influenced by Greek and Greek-speaking polities.

Idk why but a lot of North Africans try to align themselves with Southern Europeans, there’s definitely some messy colorism going on. You’ll see people looking down on anyone darker than them, even though they’re not exactly light skinned themselves. There’s this weird obsession with whiteness, almost a kind of fetish for pale skin, kinda similar to what you see in India or Brazil.
