Handedness Question

Might be really dumb. But are there any aircrafts that allow for customization or variance in the cockpit based on whether a pilot is left or right handed?
Saw an image of an F35 cockpit and wondered if the stick could technically be switched to a preferred side

It doesn’t matter lol

No because it doesn't matter.
Next time you're driving, grab the steering wheel with only your left hand. And then only your right hand. You can easily control the car either way.
Planes are the same.

I won’t say absolutely not because exceptions love to make me look stupid, but I can’t think of any off the top of my head.
With that said handedness is really as much of a problem as one would think. The motions used to operate a yoke or stick, while they can be subtle and smooth, are not dependent on dexterity or fine manipulation.
