Sardines, if you haven't tried them, are generally pretty mild and not fishy at all. I like the ones that come in mustard sauce.

Mushrooms just taste like dirt, and if they're strong they'll have a slightly acerbic chemical taste. People seem to think it's just the worst flavor ever, but once you associate it with the amazing trip you're about to have I just don't see the problem. They're certainly not good, but it's drugs. I kinda like em.

I don't have all the ingredients. Also I'm not too much of an any food on bread kinda lady😂 I'm 4'11" 125ish lbs. there's a 6' 350lb native women that lives withing my spirit and she loves food🤦🏻‍♀️😅. Bread dulls the taste of everything else for me. On the side tho with butter or a beer cheese dip.
