I’d somewhat assume the food created by the replicators/holodeck would have less impact on the body overall, similar to how the replicators do not produce real alcohol, I’d assume the same to apply to capsaicin

I managed a Taco Bell for 9 months and I think my stomach is made of iron now and Taco Bell will never upset it. It was like building an immunity just a taco of two every day is all it takes
