Lacing fake fentanyl pills with ibogaine and distributing them to junkies

Yeah, I'm pretty skeptical about ibogaine. A lot of the positive studies feel like they're pushed by the same people making money from it, and the success rates often ignore relapses that happen after the one-year mark. You use it to taper over 2-3 weeks (it seems to be totally "tolerance-agnostic," working for people with massive long-term habits just as effectively, which is unheard of). The reports are solid; people with huge fent or nitazene habits say the withdrawal is a walk in the park. It just wipes out the symptoms. The crazy part is how drastically and quickly it resets your tolerance. That's also the biggest danger. People know their tolerance drops, but they're still caught off guard by how much. There have been tragic ODs where people relapsed, took what they thought was a safe, reduced dose, but it was still way too much because the drop is so extreme. We really need proper studies on this stuff. But there's a real fear that too much attention will just get it scheduled and banned. Right now, the fact that it's accessible is a good thing. It doesn't even get you high, it just erases withdrawals and gives people a real shot at fast recovery.
