My cat just threw up something that looked like this.
mchapb@reddit
If you had better plating skills and threw some tomato juice over that vodka, this wouldn’t be so shitty.
kingshamroc25@reddit
I would tear that up. I fucking love white pepper gravy
canolafly@reddit
On errrything.
I made the mistake of buying it in a can to sate my biscuits and gravy craving. Went in the trash. Was nothing like the real freshly made thing.
canolafly@reddit
You're gonna be so thirsty...
Own_Office3500@reddit
Are those biscuits canned?
bigfathooker69@reddit (OP)
They are on a plate

When I was in the US Army in the 1980s, I was lucky enough to be stationed at Fort Campbell, KY and assigned to a field artillery battalion and a specific company whose mess hall was literally the best mess hall in the world. They won the annual contest among all US Army mess halls multiple times, and they also won against the other US armed forces including the US Navy, which has some incredibly good mess halls (or whatever they call it).
Point is, those dudes made some of the best food I've ever eaten. If they were a restaurant, they probably would have earned a Michelin star. They took that shit seriously. In the week leading up to the contest one year, we ate incredibly well. One of the things they served was a version of biscuits and gravy with fried eggs that looked a bit like this. Oh my god, it was good. I've tried to duplicate it myself or find a restaurant that was as good, and no luck so far.
Incidentally, they also made the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. I asked them for their recipe and they wouldn't give it out. And they wouldn't generally let people watch them prepare food. They were like the secret special forces of Army cooks.

You good?
Sea_Homework_1472@reddit
Ngl, eggs with a biscuit and sausage gravy sounds pretty good when you're waking up hungover and HUNGRY. However, eating THAT much food alongside vodka is a recipe for disaster. Perhaps if you reduced the portion and added just a shot of vodka to some orange juice, you'd have a decent hangover breakfast.
