It's fine. But next time you make that slop next to your burger make a roux with butter and flour. It'll keep the sauce from being broken and textured.

This is pretty much what we'd get on nights our parents were going out and we'd get a babysitter. Except probably some peas on the side too. So looks pretty nostalgic-ally good to me!! Well done!
