This is the best time to start programming. Thoughts?

I know a lot of people already develop on macs but with the adoption of ARM for Windows and now for Linux with the new Steam Frame running SteamOS with a Snapdragon, is this the best time to get into programming?

It seems like the options for users keeps increasing. Not only for the hardware but also for the software of course.

Tech like Kotlin Multiplatform is moving forward to let us write once and run anywhere including iOS. And even though adoption for KMP is still low now, so was Rust a few years ago while I now see it becoming more and more popular.

Could the hardware (accessibility, reachability, capability) and software come together to make more people start programming than ever before? What do you think?
