whats the point of GALAX HOF edition??

I was looking for 5070 Ti brands to buy for comparison and came across the Galax HOF Edition, that priced cheaper than the Asus TUF and MSI Gaming Trio. I’m curious why is it priced lower? Is there any catch?
I found this short video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/TdxfQ968wCA .If you turn on auto audio translation, the guy mentions that the card is extremely overkill, Galax really went all nuts on the components. He explains that the 5070 Ti HOF uses essentially the same design as the 5080 Ti, including the same number of power phases, VRAM configuration, MOSFETs, and power delivery system.
If the 5070 Ti is somewhat limited with a 300W power cap, I’m wondering why Galax would implement more power phases and overkill components than the card technically requires?

HOF is the 'elite' series of Galax graphics cards, just like Asus with the Astral, Gigabyte with the Aorus and MSI with the Suprim. The GPU put into the HOF card is likely binned and tested to have better OC capability and have a better built AIB to support it.

It’s for extreme overclockers.
And if you’re someone who’s hobby is overclocking it doesn’t matter that it’s not the best value for gaming
