Tbh it’s close enough. It’s like the ketchup spaghetti version of a croque madame, the components are mostly there. I don’t necessarily think it should qualify as shitty food per se. I make a version of this, except I just flip the top piece of bread so all the proteins are neatly packed inside. It’s just an unorthodox way to layer a ham, egg and cheese sandwich.
