I made a similar concoction a few years back using quinoa, beans and ground turkey. I ended up losing 62 pounds in one year. I attribute the majority my weight loss to eating this crap. I can’t stand it now.

For me, the trick was high fiber and high protein in every meal and cut out all soda.
