I have super loud neighbors upstairs, management has proven to be useless as they keep regurgitating their policy no matter how loud it gets. I have to assume they have some kind of personal connection with the manager because even security has mentioned the noise is too loud even before quiet hours and they will not try anything. Neighbors upstairs seem to know what they’re doing as the noise literally starts at 7am and stops immediately at 10pm. Since they’re being petty scums of the earth I want to respond the same way. Without hurting anyone or getting myself in trouble, does anyone have any ideas I can get back at these people upstairs?
