Fozzy is Knox Harrington Sam the Eagle is the Stranger Gonzo and Rizzo are likely Wu and the Blond Guy, and I can see Rowlf as Jackie Treehorn

The Dude has to be the only human. It's really the only way it works. He's the main character and interacts with everyone else in the movie. Every scene would have human muppet interaction this way. Otherwise it's just a bunch of muppets talking to each, which would still be funny. But that's just my opinion man.
