Do my views consitute as libertarian and if so, what am I?

Hello, I was wondering if my politics would fit within libertarianism, here are some of my beliefs:
Federal government needs to be significantly downsized, keep a decent military, criminal justice system (includes FBI-ish organization but nowhere near as big), and a civil court system.
We should not be giving this much money to Israel. They need to give us more in exchange.
Tariffs are considered national defense if used properly.
Eliminate every welfare program involving direct payments to any individual or organization.
Eliminate all federal income tax (ideally we will not need this due to my ideal downsizing of the government)
Everyone has the right to bear arms (18+ to legally own) and the right to free speech.
The current school system needs massive reform. (More recess, less focus on tests)
Healthcare should be left off to the free market.
Iran is the only military threat. China is an economic threat.
There is no “good guy” in the Israeli-Palestine conflict. Significant propaganda campaigns from both Israel and Hamas/allies have led us to pick sides. Both do not actually give a fuck about the people in gaza. In an ideal scenario Israel wins and Netanyahu gets voted out and replaced with someone else.
Government should not meddle with what goes on within your bed.
Government can prevent you from adopting children if you are not in a good situation.
Government in very rare cases can take your kids away if you are neglectful/abusive.
Ban lobbying. Ban congresspeople from trading.
Non-profits will always be better than government programs.
There is no such thing as an unnatural monopoly as long as not one single entity controls the internet.
Ban artificial dyes and other harmful chemicals that should not be considered food.
There is too much “pro-consumer” or “pro-competition” regulation that are actually the opposite.
What do y’all think?

You lost me at 18+ to own firearms. We need to teach gun safety at younger ages.
Keep kids out of your bedroom other than that keep the government out as well.
But yeah you seem to believe in a small people controlled government.

18+ to own and purchase but minors can still use firearms under proper parent/guardian supervision.

You are libertarian enough where I'm sure we can find plenty of common ground to cooperate one. 90% of what you said is stuff I would vote with you on. And the other 10% I'm not worried about actually changing anytime soon.

I’d say you’re a libertarian moderate. And I hate to tell you this, but the majority of the country considers us to be radicals.
McDonaldsWi-Fi@reddit
When this country was founded we would have fit right in... We've done a piss poor job of preserving liberty in this country. It makes me sad.
Beginning-Town-7609@reddit
You’re right.

Your views on tariffs are not with the libertarian consensus, but I would say you’re probably a constitutionalist libertarian.
Original-Beat5669@reddit (OP)
Should’ve probably clarified that ideally I wouldn’t use tarriffs as much as Trump is using them now. However I don’t like the idea of companies being able to go to some authoritarian government like China and get shit made off of uyghur slave labor. Can easily lead to someone else governing us by proxy.
McDonaldsWi-Fi@reddit
I see what you mean but that kind of thought process is kind of a slippery slope politically I think.
What if the next guy changes the goal post on who is "acceptable" to trade with?
Obviously I'm not cool with slave labor, but laws around "feel goods" tend to open up the path to some seriously authoritarian shit down the road.
Original-Beat5669@reddit (OP)
This is why we have multiple branches of government to review everything. Can’t let one guy determine all the tarriffs.

You're not full on Libertarian but you do have some leanings, welcome to the club. We have a fondue fountain on Thursdays and we meet on Sunday nights for the "Champions Dinner". I think Turducken is on the menu this week if I remember correctly....anyone?

Yum!

Compared to the rest of the country, you are extremely libertarian. Compared to this sub, you're barely libertarian.
But I would imagine that you're closer to libertarianism than either Democrat or Republican
Due-Preference1578@reddit
I would say libertarian leaning moderate. You have some libertarian qualities, and some that are not (tariffs, criminal justice system, government deciding on who can adopt)
