Not the Mama! I never realized how big the Dinosaurs were.

Not culturally, but physically. My kid brain never thought about how the show was made because they were so real to me. Now seeing this as an adult ... Dang they're big.
In 2025 they'd make this show using CGI and Green Screen and it'd lose all its charm

Another thing that is so apparent now is that the baby is Elmo,

Elmo is so 90s to me, but he's actually a Xennial (created in 1980, but getting his iconic voice in 85).

It’s the same voice actor.

This is one of those shows I remember loving but also remember very little about
fromthedarqwaves@reddit
Spoiler alert. It was a typical fox sitcom except they were dinosaurs. I don’t recall any particular episode except the last one when they all die.
Jaleou@reddit
Wasn't it on ABC?

I watched the first episode recently and couldn't make it through..the tropes are so cringe.
It's really bad 😭
I'll keep my memories instead.
Apprehensive-Dig-504@reddit
A 45 year old using cringe is pretty cringe.
gooch_norris_@reddit
That’s part of the point I think. It was satirizing those tropes
StormyStenafie@reddit
I get the juxtaposition of dinosaurs and modern life tropes, but it doesnt make it more tolerable to watch.

Heh, look at Mama's ventilation system...
