carrot nachos w blue cheese, pecans, hot sauce, and ranch

i was also hesitant on the pecans but decided to try them as an easy healthy protein. don't know what's wrong with me but for some reason i find the combo DELECTABLE

Pecans are not high in protein, but high in fat. Still delicious nonetheless, I just prefer mine in oatmeal or baked goods and not carrots. To each their own! Enjoy!

so to genuinely explain, i considered them like nachos before bc it was just a hand pick up food with a sauce on top. i didn't think beyond that. i thought "mm yummy like nachos" and just called them nachos
