What airline are these seats from?

All that I know is that they were made in 2009, don’t really have any more information (I should also add that while the camera makes it look red it actually is orange)

It’s not a real color scheme, that is a later added cover on top of the seat I think. Looks similar to the singapore A380 economy seat but with a seat cover

Maybe, but on a long haul aircraft I’d expect there to be additional controls in the arm, or at least a headphone jack, especially in 2009. And if there was an IFE screen I reckon OP would have mentioned it.
I’d guess these are from something short haul, in a domestic configuration.

Hmm they are Recaro 389-series but can’t id the colours.

Bet there is some sob on this platform who will tell you exactly which company, which tailnumber, the route you flew and the name of captain’s dog. 😜
So just wait it out

"This is seat 43C from N303TW, a 747-200 that flew for TWA, I know because I sat in this exact seat on my way from JFK to LHR in 1983 and am responsible for the slightly discolored spot on the left side of the back rest"

Hey the captains dog is a bit far. And it’s an English bull terrier.

Imagine the frequent flyer farts

It’s giving me America west vibes.

My first thought too. Unlikely in 2009 though.

KLM? I can’t remember any US airlines that used cloth seats in 2009, but my memory could be failing me.

My first thought was Continental, and I can't believe I am writing this.
