Jelly and yogurt

Been trying to cut out sweets so when i do crave something i whip this out. Hartley’s unsweetened strawberry jelly with greek yogurt. She jiggles too

When i was a kid, my mum would make "fruit mousse". You take jelly, add a bit less boiling water than it says on the pack, and put it into the fridge to almost set, then you add yogurt and evaporated milk and whisk it all up. It will turn light and fluffy, you can add some real strawberries or tinned fruit, then put it back in the fridge to finish setting.
