Is this plane a BE20 Super King Air B200GT?

The website I pulled it from says it's a CONVAIR CV-580 but my dad's logbook has the tail number as a BE20. I can't ask my dad because the reason I need the picture is for a Christmas present for him. I can't find any info on it anywhere else. Is there any way to identify it? Sorry, I know nothing about airplanes so this may be a stupid question.

That is 100% a Convair CV-580. I work on the same type of aircraft every day.
Also have a lot of experience on the King Air. They're very different.

That is a Convair. As mentioned, registrations will get reused as old aircraft are retired and new one come online. I can’t find any pictures of the King air with this registration.

quick google #1 "N511GA - Beech B200 Super King Air [BB-1462]" then #2 "N511GA - Gulf Air Transport (Convair CV-340-38)" lol who knows.

It looks to be a Convair CV-440 Metropolitan. I just put your photo into Gemeni and asked it what kind of plane it is. After separately looking at photos of Convair CV-440s, it looks like a match.

No, it's not a BE20. Tail numbers are often reused.
