Magician Fulfillment - WTF?

So we got the Magician Alpha SO. Great bike. BIG bike. heavy bike. All that is fine. It is supposed to be an "off-roader" but the thing is that we ordered a second set of batteries. Don't ask, wasn't my decision.
Any way. It have been 3 fricken weeks and still no charger! NO Way to charge this beast. I get it. People pre-ordered the thing (as we did) and it's gotta be hectic. But 3 effing weeks and no charger!?!? This is getting re-goddamn-diculous!!! How the hell are we suppose to use this thing if we can't recharge the damn thing!!?!?!
Talked to CS and they're like , "no we sent you a charger"! Umm, NO you sent an extra set of batteries!!! WTF!! We have literally been on the phone with Magician and it has still not been resolved.
Just wondering if anyone else has been having delivery/fulfillment issues?
This is putting a really big black-eye on this whole process if we can't get some stupid chargers!

I am unsure about the voltage, amps, and ohms. This sucker just came out 3 weeks ago so I am pretty sure that there is not a compatible being released in the immediate future.
Just sitttin on the bike going vroom vroom whilst I await Magician to give me a solid fucking answer

It's a bafang powered system. Look on Amazon for the same plug as your battery and I'd bet you're all set. Doubt they used a propriety connector

Eh, The Damn Monstrosity is brand spanking new. I'd really hate to mess anything up. Stupid extra batteries cost a bundle as well.
I just want them to send me the damned charger I paid for!!!

I have a bit from them on order and some of these posts are making me a bit nervous about fulfillment.

Yes! We finally got the charger! Still took a little bit BUTT, they also included an additional battery for some fucking reason.
I think that the fulfillment was fuckd because of the tariffs.

Hey that's kind of great, wait a while but they comp a battery, mistake or intentional that's a pretty sweet free benefit.

The chargers that mine came with are Sans model SSLC300V84. Output is 84v, 3.0amp.
Any news on the chargers that were supposed to come with your bike? My chargers came in the same box as the batteries.
