Absolutely delicious.

Take some cream cheese and whip that in a stand mixer, with finely minced smoked oysters until it's super creamy. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, hoisin sauce, sour cream, Tabasco sauce, and finely sliced scallions.

Hmmm. I'd rather have "chips" as in fries, but other than that, great. Maybe even chips both ways. But the ruffles would need to be on the side, and the oysters would need to be on a bed of fries.

I was thinking, wow, that looks amazing, and then I looked at the subreddit. Still thinking that looks amazing. I'm not sure that the mayo goes with the smoked oysters, but I can see it working.
