ULPT Request - Burned by employer, how do I ruin him?

Have contracted for this company since September. Found out last week that I hadn’t been getting paid. He doesn’t have a payroll system and sends payments Venmo or Zelle, despite on my site profile it provides dates that the payments were made.
I’ve stopped accepting job requests last week.
He owes me money today and when I attempted to login to my account, it’s been deactivated.

Real advice: You need an employment lawyer.

Report him to the irs and to the department of labor, if they aren’t paying their contractors, they are probably not paying their taxes.

And if they get caught OP might get a percentage.

Ethical: Call your local labor commissioner and file a formal wage and hour complaint.
Unethical: Go to the ICE website and file an anonymous complaint of undocumented workers

There are three public numbers listed on their website.
I imagine that's a good place to start?
