Just realized this movie is already 20 years old.

Probably the most overrated comedy of all time.

Ok, I’m gonna save it with a solo

Did we just become best friends? NOPE!

Clearly you don't have enough room for activities.

Maybe it’s something really cool that I don’t even know about
DigitalMunkey@reddit
What? I thought we were in the trust tree?
handsomeape95@reddit
Well, actually a pretty nice little Saturday. We're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time.

Hello, I’m old. 🫠

And honestly, it feels it.

It does, but it doesn't ... it's weird.

Old Hollywood
Blazenkks@reddit
Lmao, spoken like an uncultured millennial that’s never seen anything from the real “old” Golden age of Hollywood. Calling a 2000’s movie “old Hollywood” is hilarious. Cheers I needed that.
techieveteran@reddit
What?
Blazenkks@reddit
Exactly 🤣
OperaGrrl71@reddit
A favorite among the Frat Pack films while I was in the Navy.

“Seamus O’Toole and Bobby O’Shea. And We’re here to get DRUNK!”
“Did you motor boat her? I bet you did you motor-boating-son-ofa- bitch you! BluhBluhBluhBluhBluhBlub”

So, I may have been pretty hammered at a wedding and a buddy looked me dead in the eyes and said “Lock it up!” 🤣.

Owen Wilson came in for breakfast while I was hosting. We had 0 tables left I told him he’s got to wait a few minutes. He said nothing just walked straight to the buffet ate 4 strips of bacon and left.
TheTipsyWizard@reddit
It's very difficult trying to read the situation. And all the while you're just really wondering are we gonna get hopped up enough to make some bad decisions? Perhaps play a little game called "just the tip". Just for a second, just to see how it feels.

2000s movies are looking more and more classic.
heresmytwopence@reddit
I like 80s and 90s movies as much as the next xennial, but 2000s and 2010s movies are the majority of what I own and watch.

When you realize 9/11 was almost a quarter century ago.
Charger2950@reddit
And how many people that remember it have passed away…..and those that were too young/not even born yet have no memory of it.
Pretty much anyone that was 60 and over on 9/11 is now gone. Obviously not all, but most.
And anyone that’s 30 and under right now has zero recollection of 9/11.
Charger2950@reddit
It really is crazy how fast time flies. I remember all these “big, bold, red-letter” movies like it was yesterday. I still can’t believe American Pie is about to be 27 years old. That is absolutely fucking insane.
Exciting_Agent3901@reddit
That movie is fucking stupid and not even a little funny. Hour and half of my life I’ll never get back.
bgva@reddit
I think it's a product of its time. I saw it on TBS maybe five years ago and it was okay, but nothing I felt the urge to watch again.
Sybrandus@reddit
I was working an overnight support shift in the office for a product launch and someone had setup a projector and a DVD player and binder to kill time between calls. Hadn’t seen this before so threw it on.
Really glad I didn’t get any prudes walking around when the falling into the bed montage was on.

I remember when this came out because of how convent it was to see. I was in NYC for the first time, and I bought a bootleg DVD copy the day of release from an old lady on the 7 train for $5. I think she had like 30 titles, all stuff currently in theatres. What a time to be alive.
