Sony Izone H3 without software experience

I'm considering buying this headphone, but it comes with a software that's only available on Windows so anyone using it can give me some experience or alternatives to the virtualization?

For the virtual surround you can try something like this (This will only have spatial sound with content that is not stereo). The eq functionality can probably be achieved with pipewire filter chains as well. Easyeffects probably won't work because it can only handle stereo. I have however no clue if that headphone has drivers in the kernel. (Probably audio works, I would mostly be worried about the headset buttons)
