I like this dried stuff, but be aware that you have to boil them for at least a few minutes.
I tried adding some to a cup noodle, and some top ramen in a bowl. Just poured hot water in and waited for the noodles to be soft, but the veggies were still very crunchy and basically inedible.
Doesnt make them useless, but it made me not buy another pack. If i am going to have to cook my veggies anyways i would rather have fresh, frozen, or canned.
