Are chocolate coins outdated for the next generation in the UK?

So chocolate coin at Christmas is a classic, everyone knows. However there is a whole generation of person that hasn't really used cash or coin, you see chocolate coins in the shop come Christmas and I worry that the new generation won't understand it because they haven't been using physical currency its all contact less, maybe instead of chocolate coin they rework it to be chocolate credit cards and chocolate phones which have contact less payment?
