3lbs potatos peeled boiled cut into tiny pieces.
10 eggs, boiled and smashed.
1 sweet onion dieced up small.
2 cups mayonnaise. Half a bottle of honey mustard, some cider vinegar, and 4 spoons of sugar.
Mix together and let it sit a few hours to let vinegar cure and soak into everything.
Not exactly shitty. But i feel like a glutton eating out of a bucket.
I scheduled to repeat the ration again on the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th.

Looks pretty good! A little celery might have been nice for color and a bit of additional crunch

If you get bored after a few days, stir in a bag of cooked and cooled mixed vegetables, and call it ensalada rusa.

And hot sauce

I also do the same, highly recommend adding diced pickles if you like them, it gives it some acidity and nice texture

It should be safe outside. The squirrels will probably avoid it.

My cats keep the squirrels away. Only dead squirrels make it close to the cabin, usually carried by a cat.
In any case its not outside. I put it on the floor in the back room. The floors not insulated so its so cold that stuff can be frost damaged on the floor. Its not quite cold enough for that but still the floor in that room is around 38f.
Room was built on addition. Wood door seperated it from the cabin. Enough heat gets in there from the cabin that canned goods won't freeze and split (unless left on the floor) but it's also much colder thdn the cabin.
