What is the difference with the previous except the engine change ?

Is the ikrut MC21 abandoned

"Super Jet" This looks smaller than a 737...
kamasuka84@reddit
That's because it is. The SJ has always been an A220 / Embraer E competitor (or more like "competitor") at best.
Jbrahms4@reddit
So why did OP say "Super Jet?" Dude is farming for content on reddit like a big dummy
Real-Research5291@reddit
because he called the plane by it's name
kamasuka84@reddit
I'm just guessing here, but probably because that's the name of he plane.
strat-fan89@reddit
Superjet is the name of the plane: Sukhoi Superjet
BrewCityChaserV2@reddit
It's the size of an E-175.

Ah yes the one that crashed into a mountain during a demo flight with airline reps on board. Hard pass.

New? The SSJ is old enough to vote.
xXAzazelXx1@reddit
No one would be mad enough to get on one of those
ProfessionalOlive681@reddit (OP)
Why do you think so?
xXAzazelXx1@reddit
In the current situation of sanctions and war who would trust the quality
ghjm@reddit
For a Russian, the choice is between a Russian-made jet with full manufacturer support (however good or bad that is), or a Western-made jet that Russian operators are trying to keep flying with locally fabricated, non manufacturer approved parts. It's not like a Boeing or Airbus still operating in Russia is free from quality worries.
xXAzazelXx1@reddit
Yeah you right for ruzzians they have no choice and only themself to blame.
zenzvik@reddit
it's sure not as good as airbus planes, but it's not THAT bad
Beckoll@reddit
We need one like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KRPqkgZShJE
ghjm@reddit
That took every inch of the runway and was still barely climbing
masteroffdesaster@reddit
yeah, not trusting this
Fatal_Explorer@reddit
This airplane is as much a paperweight, as many of the other current Russian projects. And no, it's not homegrown. So many parts rely on sanction circumvention and China
Antique_Ear447@reddit
Will they use it to bomb Ukraine?
p0iznp0izn@reddit
exists on homegrown paper
